We are an originating trustee by agreement with Trust Company of the Ozarks in Springfield, MO and offer the following trust services through that affiliation:
| Living Trust |
| A uniquely designed relation ship in which the trust company professionally manages your assets and make distributions according to your specific direction. |
| Investment Advisory |
| This relationship brings professional management to your investment portfolio using the resources of the trust company. |
| IRA Rollover of Transfer |
| This IRA provides investment management and continued tax deferment of your retirement plan distribution, and lets the trust company calculate any minimum required distribution and comply with all related IRS issues. |
| Custody |
| With this relationship, the trust company handles all record keeping activities while you control the direction of your investments. |
| Personal Representative |
(Executor of Your Will)
Under your Will, the trust company assumes the responsibility for settling your estate. |
| Trustee Under Will |
| This trust relationship permits the trust company to manage your assets after you are gone. |
